The Air Force Families Forever program provides long-term assistance and ensures family members remain connected to the larger Air Force family for as long as they desire. Our mission is to provide resources, support and information to help survivors adapt to life without their loved one.

Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS)
TAPS provides immediate and long-term emotional support and healing to anyone grieving the death of a loved one who served in the military, regardless of their relationship to the deceased or the circumstances of the death.
The members at TAPS provide military survivor seminars, good grief camps for young survivors, peer mentors and casualty case assistance to help solve problems. They also provide information and resources about grief and trauma.

Air Force Families Forever offers additional support for survivors who are grieving the loss of an Airman by way of quarterly newsletter and a private Facebook community, exclusively dedicated to family and friends of AF fallen. If you are interested in either or both of these opportunities, please download the form and check the appropriate boxes, complete and return to the below address so we can include you in these online communities. Also, if there are other members of your family who would like to be a part of this network, simply have them submit the same information below.
